Student Application Process
Step 1: Online Campus Visit Appointment
- Parents follow the school's official WeChat account and click the "Campus Visit Booking" entry in the bottom menu
- Fill in the required information as prompted: student grade area of interest, parent contact number, preferred visit date, and submit the booking form
- An admissions staff member will call back within one business day to confirm the visit time and share campus location and visitor guidelines
- Upon arrival, a dedicated university counseling advisor will provide one-on-one assistance throughout: a guided tour of teaching buildings, STEM labs, and activity facilities; a comprehensive overview of the curriculum, faculty, andhistorical QS university placement results; a personalized fit analysis based on the student's personality and interests; the option to attend a hands-on class session; and answers to all questions about university planning and pathway selection
Step 2: Schedule the School Assessment and Await Official Results
- After the campus visit, families interested in enrollment may submit a school assessment application to the counseling advisor
- The admissions office registers student information, arranges a suitable assessment session, and provides advance notice of subjects, duration, and format
- The comprehensive assessment includes subject-based written tests, English proficiency evaluation, and a combined interview with faculty; the interview will include in-depth discussion of the student's interests (mechanics, automotive engineering, innovation, etc.)
- A complete assessment report will be issued within 3 business days; students who meet the overall requirements will receive an official paper or electronic admission letter
Step 3: Pay the Seat Deposit to Secure Enrollment
- After receiving the admission letter, parents pay the seat deposit according to the fee schedule and payment channels stated in the letter
- Once the payment is confirmed, the seat is secured and the school stops accepting applications for that place, guaranteeing the student's enrollment
Step 4: Personalized University Planning
- After the seat deposit is paid, a dedicated planning advisor is assigned to the family
- Based on the student's academic foundation, talents and interests, target QS university tier, and family goals, a customized 3-year or 4-year study plan is developed
- The plan covers: tiered course selection, IELTS preparation timeline, engineering and innovation competitions, hands-on project work, profile enhancement, and key milestones for overseas university applications — a complete university preparation roadmap
Step 5: Pay Full Tuition, Register Student Records, and Officially Enroll
- According to the school's published payment schedule, parents pay the remaining full tuition within the specified deadline
- The finance department confirms full payment has been received
- The school creates an independent student record, assigns the corresponding class, homeroom teacher, and subject teachers; the student officially completes enrollment registration and begins coursework
