Dormitory teachers are primarily responsible for managing students' daily life on campus, supervising dormitory housekeeping, enforcing schedules and discipline, and conducting safety patrols. They guide students in maintaining tidy living spaces and developing good hygiene and rest habits, identify potential safety hazards in residential areas, and promptly help students manage emotions and resolve conflicts. In coordination with the school and homeroom teachers, they carry out moral education, safety awareness programs, and dormitory culture initiatives, safeguarding students' well-being and fostering self-reliance, discipline, and responsible character.

Previously served as an after-school service teacher for grades 3-5 at a training institution in Hebei Province. Work is meticulous and responsible, with great patience towards children.
